The Kennedy Standard

In the 1960s, President John F. Kennedy established the U.S. Official Physical Fitness Program through the President's Council on Physical Fitness. It set the standard for what a physically capable citizen should be able to do.

BMA founder GM Robert Blackstone adapted those standards into a martial arts fitness system — preserving the rigor and purpose of the original while making it accessible to anyone, anywhere, at any age above 13.
